The Baldwin County Board of Elections will be performing a risk limiting audit of the June 17, 2025 Public Service Commissioner Special Primary Election.
The audit will start on June 26, 2025 at 9:30AM and will run until completion.

VOTING MACHINE PREPARATION
This is to advise all candidates, committees, political organizations, and interested citizens that the Logic and Accuracy test on Baldwin County voting equipment to be used in the July 15, 2025 Special Primary Runoff for Public Service Commission Democratic Party District 3 will commence on July 2, 2025 at 8:30 A.M.
This preparation will commence at the Baldwin County Board of Election’s Office in the Baldwin County Government Building and will continue from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm daily until completion.

EARLY PROCESSING NOTICE
Processing Absentee Ballots for the July 15, 2025 Special Primary Election
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 21-2-386(2)(A) and State Election Board Rule 183-1-14-.14, you are hereby notified that it is the intent of the Baldwin County Election’s Office to begin processing paper absentee ballots cast during the June 17, 2025 Special Primary Election Runoff beginning at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, July 09, 2025 and continuing until 5:00 PM daily until completion at the Election’s Office in the Baldwin County Government Building, 1601 North Columbia Street, Milledgeville, GA 31061.
The early processing of absentee ballots before the closing of the polls is open to the view of the public and shall be a controlled process in order to maintain the secrecy of all ballots and to protect against the collection or disclosure of any balloting information before the close of the polls at 7:00 PM on Election Day.

VOTER REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
The Baldwin County Registrars Office is the designated absentee ballot voting precinct for Baldwin County and the City of Milledgeville. In order to qualify to register to vote must:
- 17 1/2 years old to register, 18 years old to vote
- Resident of the county
- United States citizen
- Not be serving a sentence or probation for a felony conviction
